Slafkovsky is leading in the most important stat however.
Neck Girth/60
I’m a huge Byfield guy, and in his D+2 he had 10 points in 40 games. Slaf obviously cleared that 👀
I mean yeah but it took Byfield 4 years, and they are both pretty equal at the moment. I’d imagine Slaf will be much further ahead by year 4 than where Byfield is now.
I’m super excited with Slaf but I would chose Byfield 9 times out of 10.
Watched Byfield a few times this year. Surprised he only had 53, guy is an absolutely filthy talent.
Byfield was having a really good year and hit a wall a couple months ago … I think he’s gone 17 games looking for his 20th goal? Not sure what happened there.
What about hits what is the difference?
I think Byfield’s a great comp to Slaf but also I don’t think I exagerate when I say that Slaf today is better than Byfield today, while being much younger.
