would be dumb to trade down. Daniels or maye take your pick
This just means no one is sending a god father package. Better for us anyways. Take a shot at landing the face of the franchise

The only scenario I could see is with the Patriots at 3.
We’d have to know who they’re taking and be assured it’s not our guy.
The only reason they’d trade up is because they’d be worried we would trade with someone else and they might jump them and take *their* guy. Like the Vikings for example.
I’m not a big fan of saying essentially “we’re not trading down”. I’d prefer they say almost nothing at all.
Well it’s lying season and he didn’t rule out trading down. He just said he doesn’t see a lot of scenarios. It only takes one.
