Oh I remember all too well. He fell in love with shooting mid range jumpers off the dribble and killed many possessions.

Overall I thought he played well for Celtics that year. Hustled & played good defense. Couldn’t shoot at all anymore tho…

In a doc about the 08 celts, they played some footage of a 1 on 1 with Ray and Marbury. It cut to Doc Rivers rolling his eyes and saying something like, “not a lotta defense there.”

That’s my only memory of Marbury on that team
