[Wingert-Linch] Kyle Freeland spoke with the media today after going on the IL with a left elbow strain. He said he will “be shut down for a period of time.” Freeland doesn’t think there is UCL damage but he hasn’t spoken to the doctor who did the MRI yet. Not great news on the #Rockies front.

This is definitely the worst season I’ve witnessed lol
I fully expect a Tommy John announcement in the near future.
I love Kfree, but let’s be realistic, aside from 17-18 he’s not been great. Even if we lose him for a year to Tommy John are we really gonna miss him?
I was so excited in 2018. Remember when he almost threw a no hitter? I sure hope he can turn it around.
