Idk if this is allowed here, but just wanted to share my bracket. Let’s go make the Captain and Pavs HOF locks!

Just strong on gut feeling for this one. I think the Stars handle Vegas pretty hard, win both at home to start, lose and off game 3-1, with the pundits drooling for a comeback and then proceed to stomp them for the last 2. The Jets-Avs series will be close bitter games but I think Mac, Mikko, and Makar go off in game 7. I don't think the Pacific matchups are very interesting tbh. In my opinion, Vancouver is being way too underrated and I think they handle Nashville like we did to the Minnesota last year. Oilers stomp the Kings…. If not I could see this one being the Kings squeaking out 1 goal wins to get it to 7, but I just think the gulf between the teams is even bigger this year. I think we beat Colorado in 5 or 6. I just don't think that's a complete hockey team, and we have just as much firepower except spread out. Vancouver over Edmonton in 6 or 7… Idk could go either way, but I really like Vancouver, very underrated and Demko is a menace. In the CF I think if we get Vancouver we win in game 7 on an Otter shutout, they will give us the most problems. If we get Edmonton I think it's more like a 6 game series, us winning, with their 2 wins being PP heavy nonsense.

Went a little wierd in the east I guess, pretty standard with the exception of TB over Florida and maybe the Leafs over Boston? I think TB wants to have one last push towards a cup, and they'll pretty much use up their energy beating Florida. Leafs-Bruins will be close, but honestly my Toronto pick is just gut feeling, I just think they have great offensive weapons. NYR-WAS and CAR-NYI are snoozers to me. I think NYI takes a couple of 2-1 wins but that's about it. TB runs out of steam against the Leafs but takes it to 7 after the Leafs go up 3-0 because lol. I don't believe in NYR, I'm not sure why tbh but I've seen some of their games, I watched them in the playoffs last year and vibes say they are regular season merchants, Carolina wins in like 5 and people for some reason are shocked. TOR-CAR is a tough 7 game series but Toronto pulls through, and Leafs fans everywhere proceed to flood the internet with propaganda that they are going to win the cup, barely even knowing what lies in their wake.

Finally, the Finals I don't think will be close, I believe we will come out and absolutely smoke them game 1 and 2 and they'll never recover. 4 or 5 games tbh… Maybe 6 if Matthews has a hat trick game in there. The Dallas Stars win the cup, Jamie Benn lifts it up and skates around with a shit eating grin and hands it off to Pavs. Conn Smyth goes to Jason Robertson who has a quiet 31 points (10 goals, 21 assist) in 22 games. The team ultimately ends up with at least 5 HOF (Robo, Otter, Miro, Benn, Pavs) players and is looked back like the 99 team where you go "woah that team was so stacked."
