Did Jaguars GM Trent Baalke tip his 2024 NFL Draft plan?

Would mean he is looking to give up at max a 3rd this year to move up. Wants to hold onto the 2nd round pick, probably for WR, unless the trade up is for Odunze somehow falling to 12 which seems impossible to me. I’d think it would be for Arnold or Mitchell if he’s trading up into that range.
He also mentioned that the analytics go against trading up. I wonder if there are thresholds that have better %’s for doing it.
Really though, it’s just a slow news season and we need stories.
This was my exact takeaway. They’d like to trade up for one of those two, and if they can’t, then try to trade down a bit for probably Kool-Aid.
