Does this mean the Wings are keeping Lalonde??? Really? That’s the best coach to develop all this talent?

I was a harsh critic of Lalonde, but hearing him here made me feel a little bit better about him. He’s pretty even keeled and sensible in his evaluation of the season. I think he comes off well and I look forward to seeing what he does next season.
The topic of Larkin seems to be an emotional one. You can tell that the guys and Lalonde feel protective of him and also proud. I know it’s not related to the team’s performance but that indicates there’s a good culture in the locker room with support for one another. I hope there a better days ahead for Larkin.
Overall, this season felt different to me. It feels like something good is coming together, similar to the Lions in 2022/23, as others have said. I hope we’re right.
Am i crazy or does lalonde think he is some hard ass in his own mind? Doesn’t rly give me those vibes but kept talking about how hard he was on specific players
