I was wondering if the players cared about this. I really hope we find out who said it one day. Maybe we can give them some credit when we win the cup!

My conspiracy theory, which I’ve had since the beginning: that was said on the podcast specifically to tweak their nose and unify them for a Cup run
Love this. Reminds me of when a BC Lions DB said that the Blue Bombers offence was “vanilla” and then Bombers went into BC and destroyed them. Never give your opponent extra motivation.
Or nobody said it and the spit chick goofs are just being the 3rd rate content creators that they are, trying to keep their names relevant.
