I thought the same thing when I walked by it last night
Frank Write has the same problems with the “proposal” that the no voters had and he did not want it on the ballot until there was a real proposal with details. Turns out he was 100% right and if they had just gotten a real proposal together it they would not have received the backlash they got.
Y’all can call him bitter all you want, but he stuck to his guns and I appreciate it.
