Brandon Miller is officially a finalist for the 2024 NBA Rookie Of The Year Award

Brandon Miller, aka BMilly, aka Dark Brandon, aka PG2.0 is officially a finalist for ROTY along with Wemby & Chet.
Obviously, he’s not gonna win it, but hopefully this finally starts shutting up the weirdly high number of allegedly professional ball analysts that have been openly wondering aloud if he’s a top 6 rookie in the class.
He’s been the no-question 3rd-best rookie (2nd-best in his class) for months, and anyone saying otherwise is basically admitting out loud they don’t watch him play (which…fair enough, I wouldn’t watch us either lol). Kid’s a sure-fire All-Rookie Team guy with a super-bright future, and we’re lucky to have him.
Well deserved! Any other year, he’d probably win it or be a very close second. Unfortunately we had a generational talent and last years generational talent (lol) enter at the same time.
Very very bright future ahead for Brandon Miller, let’s hope he continues this trajectory and breaks through that 2nd-year wall that players often get after a great 1st year.
But all the pundits said a guy on the 8th seeds bench was so much better than Miller?
