  1. The Bears have done things differently this offseason, but also have done everything right at every turn. It feels like for the first time, adults are in charge of this team

  2. Having Caleb chop it up with a team captain (Moore), a player who has gotten the honorary C in each of the last 2 seasons (Kmet), and someone who knows the lay of the land in Chicago as both a player and fan (Edwards) is pretty heady on the Bears part.

  3. Front office/coaches had their dinner with him in LA. Very cool that they set up a players dinner since they’ve got their info

  7. Didn’t we have multiple dinners with him? Smart to split up the players/FO. I imagine 2-3 meals with the same 5-6 people would get boring and be unhelpful by the 2nd meal.

  9. You mean after already having been to dinner with in LA, when Caleb was in Chicago, they arranged for him to meet his future teammates
