I would say Grizzlies with having JJJ at the 4 and Claxton at the 5 with Ja and Bane at 1 and 2 would be crazy scary defensive team both inside and out, they can move a contract or two and get him there for about 15-18 mil which I think he would find them enticing.
Marks fumbled this Claxton situation pretty bad since his rookie extension.
Pay up big now or lose him for nothing
Pistons will be in on everyone lol. I think there’s a 90% chance Clax stays in Brooklyn, I’m not worried at all
Grizzlies or Spurs I could see since JJJ and Wemby can space. The fit with Duren and Stewart would be absolutely awful so I don’t see the pistons doing it. Everything looks like they’re signing Tobias lol
If detroit is interested in doing a trade for claxton i’d take a chance on duren all day. I get the defensive concerns but he’s super young and has a ton of upside a front court with him and clowney would be amazing going forward
