Only hope for the Isles is if they can keep that top line in check.
Our top line is so good but I think our 4th line is the difference in any series.. Our 4th line isn’t 4th on most teams.
Putting Svech on top line started to get the 1st line momentum. I think it’s forcing the Islander’s shutdown line to play someone who can wear them down vs. the other way around. Plus Svech is more dangerous further out.
Aho definitely looked off tho. I’m not worried at all about it, he’s going to start building up momentum and all Jake will have to do is crash the net and be a slot option.
