as fans ik it’s been a struggle to land the star next to jimmy and bam we all wanted and maybe that time has passed, but going into the future with spo as the coach and bam as the face of the franchise not to mention where we are located and the team over achieving and showing what it can do with limited talent, hopefully the bam era brings more talented teams.
Players wanting to be here has never been the issue. Free agency is more or less over now for big stars and you need to be able to make trades
They wanna play for the guy telling Caleb Martin to go take out Tatum at the end of game 1 /s

Bam and spo putting in legendary recruitment just for Pat to tell other front offices to fuck off
When jimmy’s gone my attachment to the team will falter. He’s been the heart of these runs which have given me the best memories as a heat fan.
It’s never been about Spo. For at least 5 years now it’s been about Riley being out of touch or maybe too rigid with the roster and/or Micky Arison being too much of a tight wad because cruise ships were basically bankrupt for 3 years.
