Well we didn’t use our second round draft on Wilson, just a 6th.
So we will see how this rolls out. I still see us trying to draft a QB but hopefully not trying to move up for it.

Even though Lock wasn’t the guy, I loved his vibe when they did win games with him. Especially that comeback game against the chargers
Wilson is more physically gifted than Lock at least, but yea both not that good

Honestly I think Zach will be at least as good as a QB that’ll be available to us without trading our entire future to get up in the top 5. Plus we got him for basically free
Drew Lock is and was way way way better than Zach Wilson.
If Drew Lock had Sean Payton in 19, he would have been a lot better than with Rich Scangarello and Vic Fangio. Do we remember how bad Joe Flacco was in that offense? 5 years later he proved to be a serviceable starter with a decent offensive staff (btw he was also pretty terrible with the Jets and the staff they had with Zach) Not saying Zach is now going to turn into a top 5 QB all of a sudden, but at least he has the potential to be a lot better than Stidham… But in any case, ready to see who we draft…

I’m all for this. We should be beefing up the lines and position players until 2026. Let Wilson tank us for 2 years so we can get the top QB in 26
