  1. This felt like such a whistle heavy game…and then this scene is just like count the fouls

  2. Maxey just floating there guarding no one and ball watching, completely out of the play for the entire sequence

  3. Why would Nurse not take the timeout to advance the ball. The only way you lose is if you turn the ball over

  4. I have not screamed this loud at my tv because of the Knicks until this fucking sequence. Holy shit this fucking game!

  5. It’s playoff basketball, but feel free to break it down if you want to nitpick in order.

Maxey pushes josh hart to get space prior to inbound- Offensive foul

Brunson grabs Maxey around his waist – Defensive foul

Embiid and Nurse both try to call a timeout, but the ball is already out of Maxeys hand

Hartenstein gets fouled by either Lowry or Tobias Harris after the offensive rebound (hard to tell which from the angle) and sends him to the floor.

I think most people agree the game would be better if they let them play more since it’s the playoffs. You can breakdown any basketball play and find a bunch of fouls, the bigger problem is the inconsistency from the refs where minor contact was being called all game, preventing this intensity from being 48 minutes long.
