  1. If only the Panthers weren’t so terrible and if Chad Ryland could’ve shanked one last kick for a Christmas miracle. I can’t believe Eliot Wolf and Jerod Mayo just saw what the Texans did with a shitty team turned upside down when all of the sudden they go from Mills to Stroud.

Minnesota historically as a franchise rarely ever goes below ~7 wins. A first round pick from them next year would prob be in the 15-25 range even with the Ghost-seeing Darnold starting the whole year, he’s gonna have JJettas, Addison and Hockenson to throw to with KOC as a play caller. It’s going to be seen as a fleece if we deal with them. And then we’re going to settle with likely a Kenny Pickett-year type draft class to pick our QB next year.

    Pain.

  2. If they’re not sold on whoever is there at 3, and get a godfather offer, I’d rather trade out than take a QB the coaching staff doesn’t like.

If they like whoever’s there at 3 and trade out anyway, they’re stupid

  3. Wonder if OP forgot that the Bears got into this spot because they traded out of pick 1 last year? Im not pro trade down, but this thread is braindead.

  4. I’m hoping we are just saying that in case some stupid offer is brought in but we plan to pick at 3. I think it would have to be something historic like 11,23, 25 1st and JJ or the giants 6, 25 1st, 26 1st. Things that likely will not even be offered but if they are you have to really think about them.

  5. If somebody offers three firsts and a third. Damn straight you trade down. It’s about value. Especially if it’s Daniels left over at 3. For every CJ there are five Bryces. Take the value.

  6. That ok you’re gonna get Just Joe McCaverage. We are headed to 7 whole wins for about 5 years

  7. Nah that’s how the Vikings and broncos and giants are looking at us. Sitting in the top 3 is still a situation to feel great about. 3 really QBs that can hopefully turn our franchise around

  8. I think the Pats should trade the #3 pick to the Giants for the #6 pick and their 1st round pick next year

  9. The only thing that prevents the Patriots from being the #2 pick is a 56 yard field goal made by a guy who struggles to hit PATs.

  10. Media wants you to be Squidward, but feel free to be a Patrick. They are taking a QB unless an obscene offer comes along.
