[Matheson] Alek Manoah isn’t directly tied to Yariel Rodríguez and his rotation spot.
Manoah will start again WED/THU, but the #BlueJays aren’t micromanaging Rodríguez’s innings yet and want to keep him rolling.
Schneider: “For now, we definitely want to keep him on turn where he’s at.”

[Right now, Manoah is competing to be the next starter up. His last outing was a good step.
The rotation depth has been thinned by losing White and the injury to Tiedemann, but the #BlueJays are still in an OK spot and can be patient.
“A good problem,” Schneider said, and it is.](https://twitter.com/KeeganMatheson/status/1782533528342708253?t=UGu5kyO7mL817HB-TSTjGA&s=19)
This is a no brainer.. YRod been too good not to continue building up that pitch count and see what he does with the opportunity
Alek is cooked – how many times we gonna hear “but he felt good” after being awful
What’s the rationale for not going with a 6-man rotation if Manoah returns to major league form?
Do we know what Rodriguez’s pitch limit is? Per game or for this season?
