  1. Yeah, I bet the Krafts are pushing Wolf to draft JJ. I hope I’m wrong about this, but I could see them taking him at 3, which would be a horrific mistake if Maye is on the board.

  2. I’d be fine with this but I hope it’s in a move down to 6 while getting a bunch of extra draft capital. I’m probably in the minority on this though as I like JJ; I think he could reasonably turn into a more mobile Kirk Cousins.

  3. If we pick JJ then I won’t be mad because how the fuck am I supposed to know if he’s gonna turn out any good or not?

With that being said though I really don’t want him.

  4. McCarthy described Kraft as “the coolest, smoothest guy I’ve met in a long time,” adding that he knows the franchise is in “good hands” with the Krafts in charge of the organization.

This confirms that JJ’s the pick. JJ’s going to put the Foxboro massage parlors out of business.

  5. If we take JJ at 3, we’re in for a long ride with this leadership group. If we trade down and get JJ, so be it.

  6. I’m disappointed his draft stock has risen so high. I was really hoping they could draft a high OT/WR/TE and then grab J.J. in the second.

    Ah well.

  7. If we pick him at #3 it will go down in Pat’s history as the biggest waste of a valuable draft pick. I’m not saying he will suck, but he’s not worth a #3… he’s not worth anything earlier than pick #10 and that is being generous.

  8. Whichever QB they draft will get at least a full season of experience before I make any judgements.
