It’s such a disservice to the fans watching. “Brunson pushes off, no whistle”, “Maxey thrown to the ground.” It feels like I’m watching a game with a friend from high school who can’t ever accept that his favorite team can ever commit fouls or make bad plays.

Nothing worse than homer broadcasting. Especially when your team is bad, looking at you Wally.
To be fair to them, they are used to watching the Sixers, who 100% would have rolled over and called it a night at this point.
We literally saw it in game 1 when they opted not to foul on the final possession.
That’s one of the worst play by play I’ve ever heard. I get the bias, but was she recording in a library and was afraid to raise her voice? She should do the USA hockey team ‘Excuse me Sir, I was just kinda wondering, do you, in fact, believe in miracles?”
