7. Seeing caps fans say this game was called biased for the Rangers? The Rempe and Kreider penalties were soft. (So was the dowd one) but they missed blatant high sticks and trips against Washington

8. I’m so glad it was Panarin too. One of the smallest guys on the ice, 4th in the league in points, known as a finesse skill guy. Oshie making it a point to try to bully him after the whistle and getting away with 2 uncalled penalties… wasn’t ready for the absolutely legal smoke.

10. How about the Wilson elbow to Cuylle’s head? That was blatant and intentional.

12. Oshie can’t just mug a guy like that. If it were reversed, I might like the guy doing it, and accept the penalty. It should be called, though.

    That high stick was a brutal miss by the refs. I’d be disappointed in our guy doing that. You have to be responsible with your stick.

    Bread got him with his back and butt. Any head snap is whiplash, not “contact to the head.” Rightfully not a penalty.

    Bonus: Cuylle and Wilson both got away with some shit on FO’s. I’m fine with none of it being called.

14. Wilson and Oshie are the biggest pieces of shit in the NHL. I always knew they were asswipes but man, they are fucking embarassing

16. Kinda – normally I don’t codone retaliation – but in this case there is no retaliation cause it’s a legal hit…Oshie has gotten a pass many, many times for his dirty play – so 100% – FAFO

17. I remember during the fight night with them a few years ago that Oshie went up to Morgan Barron and gave him a gloved punch to the face and then ran away as soon as Barron dropped the gloves. He’s always been a bitch

18. tj oshie is such a little bitch. he loves to take shots at vulnerable players but runs away when anyone approaches him face to face. just before this hit he skated right past the puck to hit laf in a similar way but didn’t get him hard.

19. This series so far is a great example of how different this team is from the 2021 Wilson incident. We’ve been straight up bullying the Caps so far. That Laf hit leading to Bread’s goal is an example, so is Bread’s hit on Oshie. And the fact that it’s those two guys says a lot. To be a tough team, it takes everyone on the roster being able to play that way, not just a guy like Rempe.

22. caps were dirtier tonight than they were in game 1 and i expect it to escalate if the rangers keep winning. if oshie and wilson get even worse then at some point i think laviolette tells rempe to release the kraken and the team will handle the consequences.
