  1. Fuck Stillman but Carthon isn’t mentioned or even really referenced in this tweet.

  2. I’ll always give J Rob the props he deserves. The man came here and built a legitimate contender in Nashville. One we hadn’t seen in the last 20 years. We were so close to a title, and 2021 will haunt us for years. We had a good run.

That being said, this league moves fast. If you make a mistake, it will come back to you eventually. If you make many mistakes, you end up with a decimated roster, horrible cap situation, and no real direction on where the franchise is going. That’s what happened with J Rob and moving on was 100% the right decision.

  3. J rob had multiple bad drafts in a row and traded away the best receiver we’ve had in ages, he deserves all the shit talk he gets.

  4. So much that keeps a GM employed is how lucky they get with a quarterback. Straight up.

  5. Stillman is a grifter. He tries to paint everything in black and white in order to drum up outrage and strong emotions. The dunces paying him probably see it as a smart way to get listeners but few buy it bc the guy doesnt have even an ounce of the (albeit limited) nuance that a guy like Bayless has. JRob was amazing until 2020. He absolutely changed the fortunes of our franchise in his early years but in his last 3 seasons (20, 21, 22), he was AWFUL and did way, wayyyyy more harm than good. Amy Titan fan with half a brain and a functional memory can remember and see that.

  6. You need four things working in harmony to win in today’s NFL.

    1. A stone cold killer gm who can build a roster, move around the draft board, and consistently find guys to replace guys you have to let walk.

    2. A great coach, preferably an offensive one who calls his own plays, who is content to let the gm do his job.

    3. A good, preferably great QB.

    4. An owner that understands this, builds the right team, and stays out of the way.

I’m pretty confident that Amy qualifies as number 4.

Jury is still very much out on Levis for 3, but I have hope.

Number 2 is an unknown, but I like his background and have high hopes.

Ran has been crushing it since he got here.

It was clear, their good points notwithstanding, that jrob and vrabel couldn’t work together, and that vrabel didn’t want to work with ran. So he had to go.

If things go well, we could be at the start of a really special era of titans football. I don’t know if the pieces will all work, but for the first time in a long time, we are at least taking the proper gambles in my opinion.

  7. Jrob’s arrogance got him fired. Wanted to be the patriots sooo bad. Traded aj to prove he didnt need him.

Dude deserves all the hate. He won a lot of games, but no championships. And he put the franchise in a hole. All because of his ego.
