I hope you can access this article from The Athletic. It provides interesting insight into how Dylan changed his focus after last year's team trades to avoid doing the same thing this year. I think this year's results speaks to how successful what seems like a small conversation between one pivotal player and the head coach affected this entire season and beyond.

If you don’t have a subscription, and your browser lets you open pages in “reader mode” (like Safari) you can do that for The Athletic and read the whole thing.
But I was told that bald man is bad?
This season really emphasized that Larkin is THE GUY on the team. I hadn’t doubted his leadership or overall ability as a player before, but when surrounded with talent, he really showed how he gets guys to rise to the occasion through his own example, just like all of the great captains before him have done on their own squads.
I’m unable to get around it, would someone mind posting in here what the new focus is?
