Huge actually even if he can only give us 10-15 minutes his defense and rebounding would be significant
Huge if true. Hope his back holds up this time. Or he helps us win a couple games, tweaks his back again, then comes back for the ECF to repeat the cycle.
they honestly need his minutes badly. Over what Hield and others have been giving them
Even him getting 10-15 minutes having a Maxey+Melton combo would be much much much better when Embiid sits compared to Hield who has been nonexistent in three playoff games so far.
Please come back Melton we need you at least you won’t be scared to shoot and his d would help out a lot and maybe give Kelly a break to focus some more on offense
Would love to see him out there if he can give it a go. One more day of rest is huge for us right now.
Would be nice to have him just play some defense on Mcbride, skeptical he can go multiple games at this point though
Would be massive. Simply insert him in Buddy’s allocated minutes and you now have a guy not scared to let it fly and can actually defend his position. Hield has been a complete zero
We desperately need him back but his last two attempts at a return didn’t exactly inspire confidence
we need him so badly
Huge! They gotta guard him on the perimeter. And if they don’t, he’s just gotta make one to get hot
Feel like he’s come back multiple times now for one game under 10 min stints and gets re-injured every time.
Have a hard time thinking he’ll be able to come back in this rough series and not get hurt again.
But I hope he can last.

I don’t care if he bricks every 3, we need his defensive presence on the floor.

Good lord would this be better than Hield minutes.
The missing piece? Sixers in 6?
I oscillate between thinking he should just sit until next season to make sure he doesn’t reinjure his back, and feeling like we need him asap
Sending Melton out there instead of Buddy would be huge, but Idk how good he could play with his back
