Clearly the hockey gods were listening to the prayer from u/jordaine6 and have smiled upon us!
Oh man that’s fantastic news.
I played high school and college baseball. Got hit right on the left hand (right handed batter) with a pitch right on my knuckles, thought for sure my hand was broken, three severely bruised fingers couldn’t close my fist for 4-5 days and didn’t play for 3 weeks. That was a 19yo collegiate D3 athlete, this is Benny an absolute dawg. Once he can close his hand on a stick and start to stick handle I bet he’s back sometime next round or even for the start of it.
2nd round starts may 6-7th
Slater made this seem way worse
So what will the lines look like with him out? Do we move Carter to the middle and Cousins back to LW? Or do we keep Lundell in the middle like last night? If we do the latter, is stenlund then the third line center? Does Lorentz lead the fourth line?
Is this true though? Because I remember last year he called Luosty day to day and then it turned out he had a broken leg.
