Sorry for the AZ fans, but there are more people cheering for them there than they ever had in Mullet arena.
Feel bad for coyotes fans man
That’s pretty cool
Can’t wait to read about this fan meeting.
I bet they’ve never seen this many fans before after the Mullet fiasco
SLC is a great place for a professional hockey team.
You know, I never thought about it, but given the geographical similarity and proximity, it makes sense there’d be a lot of Avs fans in Utah
Have to feel for those poor kids having to grow up in Utah
Arizona could never I’m glad they left that city Dying franchise there Now it’s in better hands.
This gives me second hand embarrassment and I don’t know why.
Did one of those kids scream “Baby killer” at the end?
I know it’s hard to believe, but that’s just 1 family.
This is great to see. Sad for Arizona. Glad to see this though
Love this
I’m from Utah and I’m excited, but it’s hard. I’ve felt so bad for all the Yotes fans, this makes me feel even worse for all the kids in AZ who lost their team. I’m so sorry 🙁
Could of filled a 5000 seat stadium with that crowd
I still find relocating franchises to be pretty disgusting.
Welcome to Utah! If you have a moment, I’d like to ask you about your familiarity with Joseph Smith…
Anyone else see the generic hoodies, and then see all the signs and assume they were blank?
Bjug, Crouse, and Keller leading the pack. I love this for Utah, but it does feel like u/dirtybirds233 says, “watching your ex post pictures with her new guy” haha
This feels fucked up
More fans showed up at the airport IN Utah than fit in the old arena in AZ.
Hasa deega eebowai
Nice work on the warm welcome, Utah!
They need to do player intros in the form of The Book of Mormon. “Hello! My name is Dylan Guenther, and I would like to share with you this special kind of sport!”
I was expecting it to pan over to 6 people
All those kids are from the same guy, Utah dads are the white Nick Cannon.
just curious players with no trade clause do they have to make the move to utah?
Can they have multiple wives? Not sure if you just need to live in Utah or if you need to sign something.
Utah, scenically, is a top tier state. People wise…..eh
All housewives and their kids lol
When the Whalers left Hartford, I was working for the USPS and had three players on my route, Geoff Sanderson, Curtis Lechysn and Robert Kron. As soon as those forwarding addresses came through, I knew they were gone for good. I feel really bad for Coyotes fans. Put up with crap for years. To see this, is just another kick in the nuts.
How do you find out how many Canadian immigrants are in your city?
What a weird feeling for a player?
Like you want to be cool and nice and excited for the Utah fans but its really shitty for the people who have supported you for years in Arizona
Sad as I am, I’m happy for this team. They’ve got some great talent and they’re off to a beautiful place.
