Legette’s gone by pick 33

Carolina needs a WR to help Bryce, and its Legette at 33. Canales doesnt make the calls there, Tepper does he has been very predictable there so far. If Beane wants Legette there's no way he lets the Carolina Panthers of all teams get him

  1. There is a chance that Legette falls to Buffalo’s pick at 60, but if you want to increase your odds of drafting him you take him at 28. That is assuming that Big Baller Beane has a 1st round grade on him.

  2. Canales is trying to put the smoke back on the screen now that Xavier’s let it out the bag

  3. I like Legette a lot, but there are many other good WRs this draft. I’m not panicking

  4. ESPN has him going to the Chiefs at 32. Apparently the Colts really want Worthy at 11. That means the Bills stay put and get AD Mitchell at 28.

  5. We had a private workout with him this week. I don’t see us grabbing him at 28 but if there is an insane run on WRs & 6 or 7 are gone by 28 then maybe it’ll force our hand.

  6. Legette is too old, he’d be 28 by the end of his rookie contract, you don’t want a 24yo project.

  7. Leggete is much more of a Pete Wheeler, whereas Worthy is more akin to a Pablo Sanchez. In my scouting I’ve found wheeler to be far more versatile, though Sanchez had more a knack for the end zone. Still, could Sanchez translate his scoring ability to the NFL? Doubtful. While he has blazing speed he, like worthy, has a height disadvantage. Plus, he’d fair much better in the mlb with a negligible strike zone. In any event wheeler and leggit are still fast enough and far more country strong. This is all basically to say I would love to draft leggette, though the off the field drama from dirty sanchez would keep me quite titillated in the offseason.

  8. Do we really think Carolina takes him? They already have Mingo who is a similar receiver. I don’t think they take him there
