  1. In the article, Ohtani referred to ongoing investigation, I thought that was over with the complaint document from the feds? Or is he talking about the MLB investigation?

  2. > “The investigation is currently still going on, so I can’t really say much about that,” Ohtani said through Ireton before Wednesday’s game against the Nationals. “But it made me really realize how supportive the teammates, the organization, the staff have been towards me. It’s just allowed me to really reflect on how grateful I am to be surrounded by them.”

Ohtani on the blue jays rumors:

    > “I was as surprised as any fan, in terms of news that was going around,” Ohtani said. “But I did meet with the Blue Jays organization. The impression that I got was that it was a really, really great organization. The fans are really good, too. Love the city, too. So I’m really looking forward to going to Toronto.”

  3. Vibes are good. I think our chances to win the WS this year is good but next year when we are HEALTHY…our pitching staff will be lights out and we’re gonna 3-peat

  4. Selfishly, I’m kinda happy this terrible thing came to light now because it seems like Shohei and the team are so much better off without Ippei around.

  5. The Ohtani Ippei thing really showed me beyond the shadow of any doubts just how stupid the rest of America is. People actually believe the FBI are secret Dodger fans and decided to cover up for Shohei. You can’t make this shit up.
