Wouldn’t put much weight into this one metric ONLY from nba.com, bbref has completely different order and numbers and there are many other metrics you should also look at if trying to quantify defense, but even all of them together don’t make a great picture either.

Individual ratings are stupid
The eye test showed clearly that the 2nd half of the season. Moody was a REALLY good defender. Albeit still susceptible to young mistakes.
It’s ok that Wiggins isn’t consistent on offense cz he’s a beast on defense! Oh wait… guess ppl can’t use that anymore….
Defensive rating isn’t an individual stat
So, what I’m hearing, is that Moody is pretty damn good on defense 🤔
