I’m going to assume this is a smokescreen until I see him on the bench Friday night in street clothes.
Can we at least make sure he still gets the game ball?
The Milwaukee broadcast team was making it sound last night like he was right around the corner to return.
He’s not playing this weekend. If the Pacers go up 3-1, he won’t play at all. He is their entire organization. They can’t risk a more serious long term injury, and it won’t be worth it if the pacers go up 3-1. Only chance he comes back is if they can steal one back and make it 2-2.
It would incredibly irresponsible for them and for him to rush the healing process along. The league is better w Giannis in it and he should sit this series out
