I love that even though Rod is very reserve when it comes to emotions, you can feel how bad he wants this. Not just for him, but for his boys.

He’s the kind of coach everyone wants to play for: Strong, disciplined, and fiery. But behind all of that, he truly cares for the players, and they sense that. A lot of coaches scream and yell when things are bad, but only a few coaches praise with the same level of intensity.
Great insight into how and why RBA is so effective as a coach, because he treats these grown men as slightly younger brothers, and it’s authentic
