  1. As much as I’m in the just a QB at 3 and roll. I really don’t want Daneils or JJ. I want Maye, I want him to sit for most of if not the entire year and then I want them to build up the offense through the rest of this draft, next offseason and the draft next year.

  2. I hope the Bears and Commanders draft immediately (if they know who they want already), rather than stall for 10 minutes for dramatic effect, so I can see what we do with our pick and then go to bed or something.

  3. I’ve watched enough drafts to know they’ll absolutely milk the presentation and intro, encourage teams using the full clock, and drag things out. I’d be shocked if NE picked before 8:45

  4. only 12-13 more hours of “We should draft/trade/build around the offense” scenario threads here.

  5. Feels like Christmas. 🎄🦌🛷🎅🏾🎄

    Later today we be unwrapping a new QB, J.J. “Mac 9” MacCarthy.

    MI to MA. Get hyped y’all. Brady 2.0.

  6. I think whoever QB we pick at #3, Pats will say that he was its first choice on the board regardless, and we were lucky that he fell to us.

    I hope it’s Maye, but I just want a QB unless someone offers life-changing compensation, which doesn’t seem to be the case.

  7. Turning off my phone at 8 and will start watching the recording at 830. That should be about right to avoid (most) ads.

  8. If they can get the QB of the future, either Daniels or Maye, trade for a guy like Aiyuk, and get a good, reliable OT this weekend it will be a giant step forward.

  9. I feel so reassured that we have noted football mind, Jonathan Kraft, running the draft room. What an upgrade over that idiot Belichick!

  10. > big trade offer

    * MIN offers 11, 23, 108 & 3rd next year
    * NYG offers 6, 47 & 2nd next year
    * OAK offers 13, 44, 112 & 1st next year

    > convinced on which QB?

    To take Maye, Pats must stay at 3. If they are convinced on McCarthy, they can probably risk the NYG offer. If they are Penix fans, they can take the OAK or MIN offer.

    I think we stand Pat and pick Maye, and fans should spend today looking at Tackles or WRs at pick 34. None of those offers are too good too turn down, and Maye might be “it”. The safe thing is to take the big arm with potential? The draft is great.

  11. Since they’re trading down so they can get Alt and Penix I’d say we won’t see them draft until 9:30-10

  12. Man I miss living in Boston.  Cannot wait for tonight.   Who does everyone think the Pats are picking?

  13. I’m convinced New England has 3 offers on the table, New York, Vegas and Minnesota. I think all 3 want to wait to see who Washington takes, meaning Vegas’ offer is only valid if Daniels is in the board. I think Washington takes Daniels, New England trades back to 6, New York takes Mayes… Then pick 6 rolls around and Minnesota trades up to grab McCarthy and New England ends up making their first pick at 11.
