Would be cool if this had the huge outdoor viewing setup some teams have for playoff basketball/hockey. Maybe that could happen on this main runway here.

most buildings in downtown have some level of historic protection or are new developments , the only place I could imagine it happening is around the ballpark district, the neighborhood where SLCC is, or the streets west of the gateway

This is old. This was when the plan was to build a new arena. Renovate the arena is the new plan no?
This is dumb and unrelated, but it’s funny how every opportunity they have to show a player in a Jazz jersey, they don’t use the new ones. The rebrand was sold as “giving the jazz a color identity” and now they’re showing Markkanen in an all star jersey which was based on the old city jersey that the Jazz wore when they supposedly had “no color identity”
