Tell me how I should feel as someone who doesn’t watch a lot of college football? I see he was ranked lower than some other guys on draft boards, but it doesn’t seem like a reach or anything

Don’t get me wrong, I’m happy with XL on our team.
But I swear he would have been there at 33 as well. What’s so special about the 5th year option? Is it that important to give away 60 spots in the later rounds of the draft? I don’t know. Additionally, there were AD Mitchell and JPJ as well. I don’t know, man.
But XL is a dawg for sure. He’ll be a good WR for us.
Why did we trade an early 5th for a late 6th to move up one spot to take a guy that was the 4th ranked WR left on the board whose skill set is redundant with the guy we failed to develop last year
I hope this gut reaction proves laughably false someday but this does not feel optimal. Legette would have been there at 39.
I can’t wait to get to hear him talk to the media

We traded up to get him for a 5 yr option on his contract which is only available to first rounders.
Surely this athletic freak WR from the SEC with rough skills that needs to learn the finer points will work out differently than the last two.
I wanted Ladd myself, but I respect what Dan Morgan has done so far so fuck it LFG!!

Im kinda wondering why Mitchell fell down the draft board. I was hella surprised that Pearsall went in the first before Mitchell and Coleman.
