I trust Licht.
He had the choice, he choose Barton. And JPJ was on a 30 visit with us so due diligence was done.
No complaints.
That’s actually surprising. Would’ve figured if we took Barton he’d fit in better to replace Marpet, but Marpet played C for us too that one time. Fuck it FTC
Sounds like the same sentiment he shared when we snagged Tristan Wirfs back in 2020! I recall at least 3 teams who passed on him too. In Licht we trust!
Mauch showed up towards the end of last year, if Barton is good we have a really solid O-line which was probably the weakness of the team last year. Now we just need some Corners tommorrow and an Edge or some D-line depth Im feeling good about next year.
