  1. The GOAT coach, I’ve been enjoying his draft coverage on the Pat McAfee show tonight, though it makes me sad thinking about him not coaching this season.

  2. Bill definitely loves these defensive guys that just got picked. Especially the DT

  3. The question is: will the Patriots ever be the same without him? I just hope we don’t go nuts with a whole lot of changes because we can’t seem to match him.

  4. Brady carried him, nobody can tell me otherwise. Bill was bad before Brady came and bad immediately after he left. Can’t make this up

  5. I love bill. Appreciate everything and look forward to what comes next for him. He’s the man.

The future is bright for the franchise and despite the amount of rebuilding necessary, it will be worth it and we can look forward to the mayo years.
It doesn’t have to be so vicious. People move on. It’s healthy

  6. Seeing Bill on Mcafees broadcast has me all in my feelings. It was time for him to go, but Christ do i love the dude, appreciate all those successful years as well as just his overall genius.

  7. He’s currently lecturing Pat McAfee about the success the Patriots had before he arrived and the picks under Parcells that would eventually turn into contributors on the 2001 team (with some lean draft years between Parcells leaving and him arriving). McAfee wanted to give him all the glory, it was there for him to take, and Belichick stopped him to give the accurate history.

He’s done an absolutely great job.

  8. The greatest coach of all-time, but there are some things that will not be missed.

    * the grunting, lip-smacking disdain for simple questions from the media
    * the overemphasis on special teams
    * the way some local pundits would practically orgasm over the “genius” of signing an ex-lacrosse player or some other you’d-never-expect-it project
    * the arrogance of assigning the 2022-2023 office to two schlub-monkeys who had no idea how to run an offence, and thinking it’d simply work.
    * the inability to ever draft a WR, or a non-Gronk TE.

  9. If Roman Reigns is Bill Belichick, then Cody Rhodes is Tom Brady.

    I don’t make the rules.

  10. This gotta be one of the smoothest pictures of Bill I have personally ever seen

  11. Dude killed it on McAffee. I was extremely skeptical going in, too. He just stole the stage and when he got in his element, he was really fun to listen to. There were a couple bumps, no doubt. But damn, what a performance and what a guy. Really hope he goes on Games with Names. Jules deserves it.

  12. Crushed it on the Pat Mcafee show tn. Could listen to this guy talk football all day.

  13. Ahh, Bill loved that coach he was so close to getting that shula record. I wish he got it here.

  14. I don’t understand why they think the guy who got trained by a guy they basically booted out the door is going to be a better coach, but what do I know?

  15. I NEED him and Brady on a broadcast. He’s so pleasant and wholesome while Brady just tells it as it is now that he’s retired. It would be hilarious. It’s honestly insane how funny/joyful he is when he’s not coaching games or talking to the media.

  16. I’m happy for him, he will be walking into an established team next year, because there’s a lot of coaches on their last year of their contract who did not get extended
