Tackling two people at once?!?! Remember the last guy that did that? (Spoiler alert, it was AD). Jared Verse is gunna be a beast

  1. We immediately replaced AD with 23 year old AD lol. Wonder if we could get him to come down to practice to mentor him.

  2. Bro 💀💀💀 if he’s anything close to AD, you wouldn’t be able to ask for more

  3. If he is half the player AD he would still be a legend.

That being said. One of AD’s strengths is that he could play all over the field. I hope Verse can do the same.

  4. Let’s not do the AD comparisons, because that is just unfair.

But yeah, pushing a 320lb LT back like 2 feet, then tackling him and the QB is still fucking nuts. Honestly shocked he fell to us at 19, makes me wonder who we wanted in the top 10. Cuz no thanks, nobody there was worth giving up capitol for, when we ended up with this guy at #19. Top 2 edge rushers do not fall down this fair very often.

Edit…he pushed him back a whole like 3-4 yards 😂 talk about blowing up a play

  5. Rams got Jack Youngblood after Deacon was on his way out. Maybe history repeats.

  6. As a Noles (and Eagles) fan, Verse is gonna be a problem. He never stopped playing with the chip on his shoulder once he came from Albany. This year’s stats weren’t as eye-popping as his award winning 2022. But he was the heart of the D-Line. Doesn’t take plays off and can just absolutely disrupt an offense.

I credit him and Jordan Travis with stabilizing FSU football after the mess Jimbo and Taggart left it in.
