  1. Such a steal. Best player available by far.

edit: can someone pls tell me who he is

  2. We filled a position of need so it’s a win. Our front office obviously loves Michigan defensive guys, I’ll say that.

  3. Welp we addressed our two biggest needs really interested to see who they pick in the 3rd round they’ve really opened themselves up to pick whoever.

  4. Probably the best run stopper in the draft which is what we need. Can occasionally get some pressures but we don’t need to rely on his pass rush this year.

  5. Nicely done he has the pedigree and seems like it’s what they need on run defense. Lou loves Michigan guys.

  6. Solid pick. Solid draft so far. Not really any blockbuster steals, but good players at the positions we need.

  7. Weaknesses say he won’t surpass 300 pounds. Aaron Donald weighs 284 pounds. Therefore, this guy is the next Aaron Donald. I will not accept questions.

  8. For what it would’ve taken to get up and grab Newton, this is bad value. But I do like the player, and hope he works well in the rotation.

  9. My brother (huge Michigan fan) seems to think this guy should have been like a 5th rounder. Took a lot of plays off. I don’t believe my brother that often, so hopefully he is wrong on this one.

  10. Solid pick.
He WILL help the team THIS year…unlike Mims who is a long term project and not as fast or athletic as Fuatanu (the higher rated OL they passed on)

  11. Wonder if he played with the other 2 Michigan defensive players, can’t remember names ATM

  12. My 8th grade health teacher worked with the Panthers during training camp over the summer, and had spare pencils in Kris Jenkins Sr’s like, size 17 cleat

  13. Terrible Pick, his metrics are padded by knowing the plays in college, and won’t get over 300lbs… he is not an Aaron Donald type. Hope I am wrong but how can not question his work in college when it has been proven they knew the plays being run.

  14. Dude literally knew the other team’s plays ahead of time and couldn’t produce. I hope I’m wrong about this one but I doubt it.

  15. OT in the first DT in the second. This is a good draft so far. I was hoping Murphy would drop in the first, so fuck Seattle, but these were the 2 priority positions to me in the 1/2 round. Drafts are about depth and long term success. Both of these men should be impact players for the next 5 years.

  16. Weaknesses: won’t know what play the offense is running before it happens at NFL level

I wouldn’t touch a Michigan OL or defensive player with a ten foot pole right now

  17. I always like second and third generation NFL players. Even if they’re not great, they still know wtf they’re supposed to be doing, and do pretty well.
