I think it’s worth pointing out that Nubin right now is a dude who kinda feels like maybe he fucked up a little by preemptively getting meniscus work done. He said in an article about a month ago that he’d hoped to be ready for combine and testing because of it, but caught some tendinitis and other stuff and was only then, a month or so ago, back to around 90%. So I think he’s probably really relieved to know he went to a good spot and didn’t slide very far because of the surgery.
The slow, unathletic stuff you’re hearing? Probably not an issue. Once he’s tip top, and that should be soon or now, he’ll cover ground.
