  1. This was amazing. Did anyone else get a clip of Bieksa repeatedly saying how much head one of the players gets because he’s 6’6 and can only get head when he hits? I forgot if he was talking about a pred or one of our guys. Elliotte had to look at the lights to stop himself from bursting out laughing.

  2. “fair is fair, Barry”.. goddamn bieks is such an awesome character haha

  3. Bieksa is such a bitch and I love him so much

    *fair is fair Barry*

The Jersey girl accent. So funny.

  4. See, this is what fans want to see when they watch intermission programs. Actual insight into the mind of a pro hockey player, that is both real/interesting and freaking hilarious. No generic hockey platitudes, fluff pieces, exhausted player interviews, scripted groaner jokes, or smarmy pandering.

I’ll always love Juice on the program cause Canucks, but outside of that, he is also just so damn good at it, that he’s actually making the other talking heads a bit better in turn.

He’s a great inspiration for what hockey (and sports in general) broadcasting should be like.

  5. He brings such a fresh and unique feel to the between period panel that he must be kept at all costs. We will lose him to TNT if sportsnet isn’t careful.
