I guess I didn’t realize how well we’ve drafted DBs this last decade. I’d call all these hits outside of a few. Gives me high hopes for Kool-Aid

  1. So starting in 2016, nearly every single player is a hit. Bag him all you want as a head coach, but that probably has a lot to do with Allen’s coaching staff being elite developers of secondary talent. Now if only they can find someone to do the same thing with the O-line

  2. tbh it’s just a philosophy… DA was a DB coach and it’s absolutely true what he’s saying you can NEVER have too many good corners…

Look at the ravens they’ve been known for a WHILE even in the ray lewis days for there secondary. Elite secondary’s can make an avg pass rush look elite. I subscribe to the other school of thought elite pass rush makes a avg secondary look elite. It’s not my team, and I can ABSOLUTELY. respect where DA comes from on D. His run D philosphy is actually great the issue was execution last year was horrid. Like I said my ONLY knock for DA and his defense is the fucking damn edge rusher prototype he loves (davenport, turner etc)
