Chuck wants to send the Pels to Galveston, TX instead of Cancun

I hope all the Zion haters are watching these games. When you have Zion and his “one dimensional” offense, it pulls the defenses to him and creates opportunities for others. Without Zion and against a good defense (I.e. not the Kings), the team struggles to create offense. There’s no penetration to the basket, shooters don’t get good looks, bigs can’t make plays, the whole offense stalls with a lot of dribbling and bricked shots. Lots of dribbling leads to turnovers.
You can get away with it in the regular season, but in the playoffs you need a wrecking ball like Zion to have a chance against great defensive teams like OKC.
We’ve looked awful, like shockingly bad.
Zions is our X factor without him we can’t compete in the playoffs.
Pretty much encapsulates how I felt when I was watching the game.
My 8 year old was sitting in SKC next to me and was screaming “COME ON PELS, THIS IS THE PLAYOFFS!”.
That’s where we deserve to be. Even the waters of Lake Minnetonka are too good for us
