I truly believe Ham held this team back from reaching its full potential. If you are Rob Pelinka how can you continue with this failure of a coach. His ceiling was and has always been an assistant coach.
DLo is a great example of how mentality can raise or lower ones ceiling on potential. I’ll die on the hill that he is An All Star talent with a semi pro mentality.
I think everyone here is interpreting his sentiment incorrectly. What he said is a diss to Darvin Hamm. It’s a statement to all the naysayers in the media who said he’s mentally soft and that he would not have accomplished doing better if someone had motivated him or helped him. The media is always trying to push narrative . Trying to make it seem like D’lo needed some Yoda sh#% or else he can’t make it. I think he was trying to say he’s a grown man and a professional, though he doesn’t act that way all the time.
