Chiefs move ahead of 49ers as Super Bowl LIX favorites following 2024 NFL Draft

Once again we are most likely the main team standing in the way of Chiefs repeating. We need to get it done this coming season. Whatever it takes
As they should be until another team proves otherwise.
Did Vegas not hear that Puni hasn’t allowed a sack in his life? Purdy is going to dominate now that he’s going to have a clean pocket
cause they actually addressed needs in the draft duh
Did we draft a cure for the SB hangover? This team is never gonna have an opportunity like the one they just blew.
I mean chiefs for the refs on their side
Were just gona have to blow em out the water cuz if it’s a close game you already know the refs taken KC side all day
This means nothing we were the favorites last year.
Hate to say this and if I get downvoted so be it, but the Eagles and Lions look really good. I would put them ahead of us, to be honest, with the Packers a little behind. Rams could make some headway too. I just don’t know where the team is right now. With all the off-season drama, marginal free agent signings, an okay draft, and coming off a brutal SB loss, not to mention being so close the years before, I think it’s asking too much of them to make another deep run this season. But a lot can happen by then. They are still very talented, capable, and battle tested, but they didn’t keep ahead of the competition, in my opinion, on paper at least. Injuries will have a lot to say for every team, as well as who gets the fortunate bounces and calls.
The only thing that’ll stand in our way to making it back to the SB is injuries.
So, we were the favorites BEFORE the draft?
Just how the NFL drew it up….
Makes sense. I don’t see many of our picks making an impact on the team, if they make it. I feel like we didn’t address our biggest needs enough, but let’s see how the season pans out.
It’s because Mahomes now has 2 receivers that can absolutely fly.
