For people that don’t know, he’s a really good punt returner and has elite speed.
Looks likes he’s gonna be our gadget guy running sweeps and screens and returning on ST.
Great special teamer. Really important with the new kickoff rules.
Solid returner with the new rules. Can’t go wrong with that.

Should be day 1 starter as KR/PR. Great YAC guy who can back uo Downs, or come on in 5 WR sets as a gadget/deep threat. Thought he would go earlier. Love it, giving AR weapons and speed to compliment his arm.
Getting 2 of trotter jr, oladapo, or Tyrone Tracy jr in our next 2 picks in the 5th would hit like Crack
He had a 3rd/4th round grade. Great value for a KR/PR
His draft comparison is literally Isaiah McKenzie so this is probably our new punt/kick returner. He’s apparently good at returning
He ran a 4.39 40-yard dash so he has electric speed and he’s also very shifty. He can track the ball deep and is surprisingly hard to bring down once he gets going. Gould could cause some interesting mismatches.His knock is that he’s small and bigger DBs could knock him off balance or even over on direct contact. His route running could use some work as well
Potential number: 0, 6, 10, 12, 13, 17, 86
Oregon State student here. Really good kick returner, could develop into a decent slot receiver (although honestly not convinced he will see many offensive snaps in the NFL), and high character guy.
My second favorite part of the draft is all the salt in this sub

18.3 yards per punt return last year. Seriously, let’s *not* have to resort to putting Downs back there on punts.
Bad pickup. New kickoff might not even hold its on a 1 year trial. Also while it encourages returns if teams are consistently returning it past the 30 kickers will just start kicking it into the end zone to avoid the return. Also no guarantee that punt return success in college will translate to success in the new kickoff style.
Now All decent CBs have been moved off the board. Whiff by Ballard here the secondary is a much bigger need he could’ve helped with decent prospect like Abrams-Draine or Stiggers but ignored in it favor of weapon you could likely get later in the round and for a specialist who is easily mitigated and might not be needed in a year. Probably still take a CB this round but it’s gonna be a bigger project now.
Guys were gonna be able to return punts/kicks AND run a 7 wide set.
