I was in my living room, and I didn’t let myself believe they’d hold on until that last faceoff. Especially after all those missed empty netters.
In my living room crying. I had actually written us off after the first two losses to CBJ (even texted a friend from Columbus congrats after that). First playoff series that I expected nothing and could not have been happier to be as wrong as I was.
