  1. ….but I thought that Luke was one of the worst rookies ever in the NHL and barely deserved AHL minutes according to the hive mind? /s

  2. It is Cool that I see this and think that our other stud child defenseman didn’t get the nod. Excited to see the final votes to see where Simon landed!

  3. We all know Bedard was winning it before the season even started, but still cool to see Luke get in the top 3!

  4. Glad to see him in the top 3, sad Nemec didn’t make the top 3, this is a good problem

  5. I’m happy that Hughes got nominated just so that bitchy loser canes fan on the main board has something else to cry about.

  6. This would make my season’s bets feel better after losing all of: Ruff winning the Jack Adams, Devils winning the Cup and EC, Nico winning the Selke.

  7. Hell yea Lukey boy! It was Bedard’s award to lose from the start but happy to see Luke get some well deserved recognition for a very solid first season in the NHL. Can’t wait to see him (and Nemec too) get better as the years go by.

  8. Look, I think Luke should have been held more accountable for some bits of poor play during the season, but saying he didn’t earn this recognition is wild
