Lightning re-assign Matt Tomkins, Max Crozier and Emil Lilleberg to Syracuse | Tampa Bay Lightning

At least take the Crunch on a deep playoff run boys
I love Lilleberg.
I’d be shocked if these two aren’t our bottom D pair to start next year
Crozier is a stud. I hate being harsh on Perby but Ive never seen a player look more intimidated in a playoff series. Crozier showed he has no problem playing big boy hockey. I would love to have Lilleberg and him as our third pair next year.
I don’t follow the Crunch but I do follow the Solar Bears. They’ve been down a goalie since Jojo got hurt, because Brandon Halverson got called up to be the backup for Syracuse. Fortunately they’ve had another guy, Evan Fitzpatrick, who’s been playing his butt off but he has played every single game including 2 back-to-backs and 2 back-to-back-to-backs (yes 3 games in 3 days is a thing in the ECHL, saves money on travel). Fitz has earned the right to be the playoff starter but with Halverson coming back, it at least gives someone to play the middle game in back-to-back-to-backs so he’s not playing 3 nights in a row

Emilio Pettersen is stuck in the Wrangers 🙁
Honestly a deep playoff run with Syracuse would do them well. The Admirals and Crunch going to Calder Cup finals way back really helped set the tone for the Cooper era. If these guys get some level of playoff experience it would be huge.
Really hope Crozier and Lilleberg can get some real coaching. Think there’s potential for them, but they need development and Blashill ain’t that guy to provide it.
