Yeah no. As Charlie Gehringer famously said of Phil Rizzuto year after year after year: “he’s not a hall of famer.” In general compare LW – and I’m a 60 year tiger fan – to Vada Pinson or Al Oliver. At second compare him to Jeff Kent. Is Kent a HOF’er? I don’t see it.
