  1. I can’t post sad/upset stingray after that wild game. Jose Siri lives rent free in a lot of people’s heads and I’m here for it.

We got a whole stable of guys who can throw ~~98~~ 88 miles per hour.

  2. 5 hits, 2 runs. I’m in here every night: **ONCE AGAIN I AM ASKING THE RAYS TO CALL UP JUNIOR CAMINERO**. Our best hitter is in AAA.

  3. Officially asking Kevin Cash to raise his voice in the locker room tonight

  4. I’m not sure what I’m more excited about, tomorrow’s game or spending time with my mother-in-law. Sad flappy skateboard kid sad.

  5. I spent a lot of time in the r/brewers after Brosseau got traded over there and I love them… but I feel like I’m taking crazy pills on r/baseball. They are being crazy homers right now.

  6. I always enjoy watching for the bullpens to roll up after a bench clearing happens.

Also, after it is over, if the bullpens are right next to each other do they all walk back in silence or do they chat on the way back?

  7. I want whatever drugs the Brewers fans on r/baseball are on.

First they think there is no way that hit by pitch was intentional. Even though on Bally they clearly show how Peralta reacted to that homerun.

Then it is the umpires fault for trying to nip the whole thing in the bud. Then it’s somehow Siris fault when Uribe wanted to play tough guy.

  8. I love it. I *really* wish they were allowed to throw down and beat each others asses. Little bit of rage never hurt nobody

  9. So, I guess I watched somewhat of a baseball game tonight, maybe?

  10. Just adding a note: Abreu agreed to be sent down to minors to get his shit together. Some people on our team should as well.

  11. This loss aside, we currently have 3 pitchers who are in our active pen costing us nearly $10M that have absolutely no business being on an active MLB roster.

  12. Look at my flair. I’m a Brewers fan. I’d like to say I come in peace.

But the Rays have been my AL team since 1998. So, I’m not a stranger to this sub. (Side note: The Lightning are also my Eastern Conference NHL team).

But my opinion today may be unpopular.

Despite my Rays fandom, I hate Jose Siri, I think he’s a piece of trash. Have never liked him, going back to his days as a minor leaguer with Cincy (yes, I follow MiLB closely). Sorry, Rays fans, he’s just a bad dude. The fact that he was so supportive of Franco, basically standing arm-in-arm with him after the scandal broke cemented that.

As a Brewers fan, I blame the Umpires for everything that happened tonight, but Siri is a close second. Peralta didn’t deserve to be thrown out for hitting him. He deserved a warning. Murphy got tossed, but that was an umpire who was holding a grudge from last night. Brewers fans are pissed at the umpiring since the Yankees series. The Rays happen to be the opponent right now, so they’re getting caught in the shrapnel. But it’s really the Umps that we’re pissed at.

The incident with Uribe? Yeah, Uribe threw the first pitch, but it’s clear to me that Siri instigated.

Sorry, fellow Rays fans. I’m still a fan of the team. But Siri is a P.O.S. He’s also a horrible hitter, and I hope he gets sent packing soon. That’s the Rays fan in me, not the Brewers fan.

Please don’t ban me for this comment, I swear I’m not an incel. Rays fan since inception and used to go to spring training nearly every year.
